[redacted] (homeowners ) where to supply all materials and perform duties such as removing an existing attached garage, removing all electrical and mechanical components that were in the way After almost weeks while we are on the job none of it had been completedAfter the homeowners discovered a large area of rotted sill plates and studs which needed extensive repair and clearly was not part of our contract they became belligerent and hostile when I explain to them this was not part of the original contract, which is very evident by the contract itself, and that the time frame for completion and labor costs would have to be added to the contractThey became belligerent and incensed and demanded that I finish the project on time and for the original amount which, Because of the timeAlready lost due to their non-compliance of the agreement to have the before mentioned things taken care of the original time frame for completion and monetarily speaking was not going to be met This was a breach of contract on their part I decided to terminate the agreement based on this from Yahoo Mail on Android
