We called this guy because the lower oven of our double oven stopped workingHe came to our house told us we needed a new control board for our oven and one other part he needed to order He had brought a "used" control board with him incase that was the problemHe charged us $for the used one vs the new one for took our old one and "ordered" the other part The oven is worse then it was before now not only does the lower oven not work the top oven is degrees to low He will not return any calls And I've seen a lot of reviews online that he screens phone calls to avoid customers So now we are out $and have an oven in worse shape then it was before he came I would give negative stars if I could This guy sucks do your self a favor and find someone else to service your appliances so you don't end up having to goto small claims court with him too
