Ted was extremely responsive, even though his crew was very busy He was able to fit me into the schedule to help rebuild a wall in our house as well as do some weather sealing of our back deck The team that came over for both jobs was very professional and did high quality work within the agreed upon time frame The pricing was very competitive with other highly rated contractors I received estimates from I was very happy to work with Ted and will contact him for future jobs

This is our first time using TJ’s, but we were very impressed and would absolutely use them again They were incredibly responsive from the time of our first inquiry to completion of the job They were very prompt, professional and did great work for us We had a kitchen banquette built and our bathroom painted Both jobs were done to perfection and felt that price was fair and reasonable The craftsmanship on the banquette was even better than we had expected!

We had been looking for a skilled and reliable contractor to fix an ill-mounted TV above our fireplace (we realized we were dealing with more than a simple TV mount and might need to have an outlet relocated or paneling removed, etc.)In our on-line search, we came across TJ's Painting & Renovations CoTed responded promptly to our inquiry, and was able to stop by same-day to take a look at the projectHe had a quote out to us by that afternoon, and because of an opening in scheduling, said he could have a team back to our home to work on the project the next dayFrank and Russ were on-site on time the next day and were friendly, polite, and most importantly, did an excellent jobThey also hooked up our refrigerator water line for usTed checkvia e-mail after the projects were completedOur only concern involved invoicing -- there was an increase to the original quote, which, when explained, made sense, but it would have been helpful to been notified of that prior to the increaseThe additional work involved re-snaking a new HDMI cord behind the mount, which we, in our ignorance, assumed was related to the TV mount project (and therefore the rate we had agreed on for that project applied)The cable actually fell outside the scope of that Not a deal-breaker by any means, but would have been great if it was more clearly highlighted -- just so we would be more accurately prepared for the final totalTed was courteous in reviewing the invoice over the phone, and we are extremely satisfied the quality of work that TJ's Painting & Renovations Coprovided -- we will be looking to them for future projects
