Dear Complaint Handler *** TJ’s Plumbing & Heating is responding to complaint ID ***. We have reviewed the letter Mr *** sent the Revdex.com in response to our answering the original claimTJ’s Plumbing & Heating Inc is standing by our original response issued on May 3, 2016. A recap of our original response is as follows: A) The GPS(Global Positioning Satellite)in our trucks are tamperproof. Revdex.com has a copy of that GPS logB) Ms *** was informed of our holiday rate of $per hour by Christina prior to agreeing to send our technicians to her home. The invoice was, in fact, discounted for the travel time from the shop to the residence and back to the shopC) Mr *** bullying tactics in his response are not appreciated and are unfoundedTJ’s Plumbing & Heating provided service in good faith, on a holiday, to Ms*** for her plugged sewerWe are hopeful this claim lodged against TJ’s Plumbing & Heating Inc will be brought to a close by the Revdex.com as it appears Mr *** is not going to be satisfied with our responsesSincerely, TJ’s Plumbing & Heating Inc

our issue.They came today and checked the heater and have written up a service agreement to repair the issues we are havingin full, at no cost to usThe repair date is scheduled for November 26, 2015. the agreement was signed by both thecompany and myself.we are totally satisfied with their handling of this complaintWe also really appreciate your help with this issue.we would like to close or cancel this complaint and ask that this not bea mark on their recordthank you very much,***

TJ's Plumbing & Heating is responding to complaint ID *** filed by *** ***. This response is also being sent to the NYS Attorney General in response to the complaint which was also filed with NYS.I am responding to complaint ID *** arising from a complaint
lodged against TJ’s Plumbing & Heating by *** ***, who, by the way is not the homeowner. The homeowner and person that paid the bill is *** ***.On March 27, 2016, Easter Sunday, *** *** called TJ’s Plumbing & Heating, Inc to come out to her home located at *** *** ** ** *** **. Prior to either party accepting the job Ms*** was quoted $per hour by our dispatcher Christina due to the fact it was a holiday. The technicians were dispatched 2:05pm as recorded by the GPS on their vehicle arriving at King St at 2:50pm. The technicians found the main sewer line clogged at the house trap. After running the sewer machine through the line and trap they tested for proper operation. The technicians were then asked by the homeowner to look at the kitchen sink drainThey found the kitchen sink drain plugged and ran a snake from under the sink multiple times with no success. They proceeded to the basement where they disconnected the kitchen drain line, ran the snake, freed the clog, and reassembled the drain line. They once again ran water, tested for leaks and proper operation. The technicians picked up their tools and went to their vehicle to prepare the invoice. Ms***, upon receiving her discounted invoice for services rendered in good faith, Ms*** signed the invoice acknowledging the work had been completed satisfactorily and paid the bill via credit card. The technicians left the house at 4:25pm (again verified by GPS) and returned to the shop at 5:10pm.On Monday March 28th Ms*** called in regarding her bill from Easter Sunday. She claimed she didn’t want to bother her regular plumber who resides next door to her as it was a holiday, so she called TJ’s Plumbing & Heating, Inc., never expecting the bill to be so high. She stated she was going call the credit card company and cancel the transaction. (To date, the transaction has not shown up as cancelled) The message was relayed to the General Manger who did, on or about March 30th return the call speaking with *** *** who identified himself as Ms***’s husband. Mr*** became very belligerent using unprofessional profanity with the General Manager after it was explained to him that the holiday rate was in fact $per hour for drain cleaning, including our drain cleaning machine on a holiday. Mr*** stated he wanted $off his invoice which the General Manager declined and the conversation endedTJ’s Plumbing & Heating Inc was more than fair with Ms*** as we could have charged her travel time from the time the technicians left the shop until they returned, however we chose to discount the travel time only charging for the technician’s labor time on location. This can be verified by the GPS tracking system in the vehicle; see attached vehicle log.I hope that this complaint can be settled amicably. Our commitment to customer service is a priority. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1- The company accepts that their employees were at my house for hour and minutesOut of this, to minutes were spent to fix their initial mistake on the bill; and it cannot count for their labor time, and must be omittedThe total time comes down to hour and minutes, or hour and minutesThe company charged me for two hoursThis is unacceptableI must be refunded (at least) the amount of minutes; which amounts to $ 2- The company's so-far passive aggressive attitude is not appreciated.Regards,*** ***
