October 6, NY (716) 488- (716)-363- Dear [redacted] I am responding to Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] from Bryan T Sleight from 09/24/ [redacted] has filed a complaint regarding water line work performed by TJs Plumbing & Heating Inc on April 24, On April 23, [redacted] was provided with an estimate to replace galvanized water lines in the basement with PEX water lines [redacted] agreed and signed the estimate, capital improvement form, and NYS contract The work was performed on April 24, as described on the estimate On April 28, TJ’s Plumbing & Heating Inc did return at the customer’s request, at no charge, to reroute the new water lines that ran along the floor to overhead along the floor joists and secured the pipes [redacted] is requesting us to come back and replace every water line which was not part of the original estimate TJ’s Plumbing & Heating did perform the work in a timely manner and as proposed by the signed estimate Attached please find copies of the estimate, NYS Contract, and invoices showing all work performed If there is anything else we can do to bring this complaint to a close please do not hesitate to contact us Respectfully Yours, Kathleen V [redacted] – Admin Assistant TJ’s Plumbing and Heating Eclosures 3: Estimate # [redacted] Invoice # [redacted] Invoice # [redacted] Cc:TJ L***

Hello,My name is [redacted] .Complaint ID: [redacted] Complaint Type: Business Complaint Date Filed: 11/2/2:PMI filed a complaint with you concerning our furnace.The company contacted us within a couple days of us filing with you, by email.They wanted to have the general manager come look into our issue.They came today and checked the heater and have written up a service agreement to repair the issues we are havingin full, at no cost to usThe repair date is scheduled for November 26, the agreement was signed by both thecompany and myself.we are totally satisfied with their handling of this complaintWe also really appreciate your help with this issue.we would like to close or cancel this complaint and ask that this not bea mark on their recordthank you very much, [redacted]
