Placed order in early February 2023. No confirmation # given. No tracking # given. After a week, they responded to my email, saying order wouldn't be available til mid March. Mid March came and went. No product delivered. No response to my email asking what was up. No refund offered til I got in touch with PayPal. Piss poor customer service. Prices are listed very low. I do believe " scam low ". Not today Mister!

I have used Ted for a couple of projects and spoke with him today about whether it was a good time to thatch my lawn. He suggested that I wait until later this year as the chemicals that TruGreen put down on my lawn in March would be torn up with the grass when the lawn is thatched. He said that it takes several months for them to dissipate. He also gave a an idea of how to reduce the cost by joining nextdoor.com and after the lawn has been thatched, post the removal of the grass there to obtain quotes if I didn't want to dispose of it myself. Ted really know his stuff!

Review: On 9/3/2015, I signed a contract and paid one half on the total cost of work and materials. The amount pd was $750.83 and I have a cancelled check. To date no work has been done. Since that date of signing, I have only been able to contact the owner once at which point, he claimed work would be done within a week. The was in the middle of September, approx. the 18th. Repeated telephone calls, many messages, at first two or three times a week and this week, daily at all different hours, leaving numerous messages, including one e-mail,yet, I have spoken to no one, only the answering machine. No one seems to be there. After many left messages, I have stopped leaving any because I know I will get no response. I feel that they see that it is me and they have chosen to ignore me.Desired Settlement: To have the work started by Oct 23 and completed in a reasonable time. If that can't be accomplished, I wish to have my money returned, immediately.

When the customer hired TJB-INC, she was informed that it would be 6-8 weeks before we could get to her job. Her small job would be a filler job for us in between our larger projects. In the meantime, she was to hire a weeding contractor to prep the site for us. Customer called and said the site was prepped. We told her our current job was taking a little longer than expected due to change orders and we would be out to her job in a couple of weeks.

Customer placed order on 6/23/2013 for a custom made rock. The anticipated wait period is 6-8 weeks for delivery. We had a large response to these rocks this year and we sent 100's of rock orders to the Createk factory. They were not prepared for this kind of response. Each rock has to be made individually from a mold and takes several days to make. That is why we say up front there is a wait to receive each order.

All of the rock orders are paid to the factory before a rock is created. If the customer wants to cancel, I can resell his rock to another customer that is waiting in line.
