TJL Property Services

Review: On May 15th 2015, TJL Property Services agreed to buy two Foscam IP cameras (hereafter referred to as 'items') from me via the eBay web service. The total price of the items was $95.00. As agreed, the items were shipped to TJL Property Services via UPS, leaving my location on May 19th 2015. The UPS tracking number was [redacted]. The items arrived at TJL Property Service front desk or reception area at 12:59 pm on May 21, 2015 in SALIDA, CA 95368. I sent an invoice for payment to TJL Property Service on May 19, May 20, May 22, and May 24th. I have not received any reply. I have tried to contact them via their account at eBay and their business email account.Desired Settlement: I want TJL Property Services to pay me the $95 it owes me. Otherwise, I want them to return the items (unopened, brand new, and in the same condition that they were sent) at their expense, using a carrier that includes tracking information, and additionally send me $25 for re-listing and handling fees that I have incurred.

Review: Workers from TJL Property Services broke into my home and ruined the locks on both my storm and regular door on about 12/22/14 while I was at work. The workers had the wrong address. When I got home I could not get into my house. A neighbor gave me their business card as nothing was left on my door. The workers did a temporary fix and were to come back and replace my door locks but never came back. After calling and letters to this company I still have not heard from them. For security reasons I finally had the locks fixed by J & J Locksmith on 2/24/15 for @288.20 for the special lock on the security door and $19.99 for the regular door. I still have not been reimbursed for this illegal break and entry by TJL Property Services or manager [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed in the amount of $308.19 for new locks I had to pay to fix the error on the part of TJL Property Services for breaking into my home.
