Dear Revdex.com, Ms*** did not give us an opportunity to research and resolve her problem when she removed the filters and threw them away. We are able to contact the contractor who installed the GutterStuff on her behalf if she would like us to. This contractor is named Elite Home
Services in Sayerville, NJ. Our terms and conditions will allow the customer to return their product within days of purchase. We are able to refund her money if we receive the product return within days of purchase. Please ask her to present us with a receipt. A problem such as the one she claims to have had will show up within the day period, and therefore we are able to present this offer to our customers so that they do not have a negative outcome with their purchase and they have a remedy. Ms*** stated in an email she sent us earlier that she already had water overflowing her gutters prior to the GutterStuff being installed. Her email was as follows, sent to us on July 1, 2016: “Had these guards installed by Elite Home Services Sayreville NJ and was told they were going to be wonderful! They are awful! Water was pouring over my gutters much worse than before! I had them taken out and want my money refunded I was told I should have just stuffed my gutters with Brillo pads for same effect! My telephone number is ***.” We do hope she is able to provide us with the original receipt and the product so that we can refund her money. The refund will be for product only, not the cost of the installation.
