Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did call this business Friday at 11:50am (Hawaii time)The woman took my information and said she would call me backShe never didI bought new flowers an hour and a half before my weddingTheir flowers showed up a half hour laterI never knew they were on their way because no one from their business called me backAnd I was waiting no longer for my wedding flowersWho waits that long to see if their wedding flowers are going to show up? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I have previously stated, we ordered FOUR leis for FOUR people To receive ONE lei is unsatisfactory and to receive a partial refund supposedly for three leis is also unsatisfactory We could not give one lei to four people We should have received a full refund On the matter of the amount, we were charged $which amounts to $for each of four leis The refund of $amounts to $each for three leis That leaves us paying $for one crummy lei So much for aloha spirit Sincerely, [redacted] ***
