Rich R***, Service Director at Open Road Acura, addressed this response stating Mr *** car had numerous repairs done to his vehicle when he was here on 6/29/We did an oil change, engine and cabin filters replaced, trans fluid replaced, coolant replaced, and both front axles
replacedAfter picking up the car Mr *** called back saying the A/C did not work and his check engine light was onWe checked the car and found that the compressor went bad and the check engine light was on due to a faulty catalytic converterThe vehicle is years old with 116,miles and unfortunately is requiring additional workWe understand the frustration and want to offer Mr *** a discount on the repairsI invite him to contact Rich R*** directly at the dealership to discuss finding a resolution.Sincerely,Missi C***

Unfortunately simply moving the due date did not workAlthough the date was moved, it did not translate over to their collections DeptWe have since resigned his contract with a new date which Acura Financial will use to amend his previousI will let you know once that process is complete.? Complaint # [redacted]In response to the complaint lodged against me by Ms. [redacted], I was hired to remove and Install a bathrooom fan. This job was completed in August 2015. I did not hear of any complaints about this job until January 2016- that's five months later. Ms. [redacted] did not call me when...

she had an Issue with the fan she called a HVAC man.The customer paid $559.00 for this job. That included all the materials- including the exhaust fan and the flex pipe venting, it also Included the labor. It took me several hours to do. I had to take out the old fan and retrofit the new fan into the place the old fan was. This was no easy task. The old fan left a large hole in ceiling, so I had to get a large fan to take up the space and make It look right, After taking down the old fan I had to take measurements and go out to find a new fan that would fit into the large space. I was working in an attic crawl space in the August heat.These bathroom exhaust fans are sold to use flex pipe as an option to vent. PLEASE NOTE: Ms. [redacted] did not pay the price that a hard pipe vent would have cost, it would have been alot more money. I have done hundreds of these fans over the 20 years I have been in business, and this is the very first complaint I have had lodged against me with the Revdex.com,l‘m sorry this didn't work out but Ms, [redacted] did not pay for hard pipe venting, If she wants to do It in hard pipe she will need to hire a HVAC person, not an electrician. I do not install haard pipe. Ms. [redacted] was not overcharged. She was well aware she was getting flexable hose because that is the only thing I install and I did go over that with her. I do not do hard pipe and she did not pay the price a hard pipe would have been.Sincerely,David * S[redacted]
