Dear Revdex.com,I have received the complaint from Mrand Mrs*** My Project Manager, Mr*** *** said that he had stopped over to the residence to go over the issues at hand listed He has told me that the gutters were completed I have looked at the contract and cannot find
where it has any screen work listed to be completed I am sending someone else at this point to help take care of the ruts in the yard caused by the dump trailer Please note that I have and always will have every intention to resolve any contractual differences and uphold my end concerning repairs for warranty issues I would like to add that my Project Manager, *** *** did stop over the residence weeks ago and spoke with someone that lives there In an effort to keep the good faith, I am willing to send a different Project Manager to go over what the homeowners would like repaired Thank you. This company installed a new roof, gutters, snd some screens They drove into our yard close to the house with the pallet of roofing, even though we made plenty of room in our driveway This ultimately created 8-inch ruts all through the front yardThe owner Toby, was there that day & saw it, so he told us they would repair itEveryone is fallingThis has been going on since Feb20, When a new air conditioner was installed the workers fell in these ruts of holes They may sue me for personal damagesTJR has promised at least times they were coming to fix the yard, but they never call back and don't show upThey also did not install all the gutters & screens we paid them for, so we are still waiting for them to fullfill the contract They also promised to install the remaining gutter & screensWe paid them over $13,& it's been months
