Review: My vehicle was taken in to Fetty's Auto Service Center on 7/15/15 to have the valve cover gasket checked and the back struts replaced. I was told my vehicle was finally ready to be picked up on 7/23, but I was unable to pick up my vehicle on that day due to my work hours. I then informed them that I could pick up my car that Friday or Saturday evening. I arrived on Saturday evening and the vehicle was not even in the front as I was told it would be, they had placed it in the gate. The issue I'm reporting is that I called on 7/27 (today's date)to inform them I would be picking up my vehicle, but when my daughter and I arrived there was a crack starting in the middle of my windshield down to the other end. Not once did anyone inform me that this damage had occurred. The vehicle is still there and I plan on going up there tomorrow to speak with the manager.Desired Settlement: I would like for Fetty's Auto Service Center to pay for replacement of my front windshield, as it was not cracked in any way shape or form when I left it there on 7/15/15.
