We at TJ's Fence do our best to accommodate all of our customers in the most timely fashion possible. With that situations do arise & yes I was in an automobile accident. Furthermore, this Spring was an extremely rainy season to which I am limited on the fencing I can accomplish on those days....

Lastly, the customer whom filed this complaint cancelled the job just 2 days before she was expecting us. Furthermore, she did not pay us her deposit with a check but with a credit card to which I did credit her account back the deposit within a matter of a couple days after we last spoke.

The job [redacted] is referring to has been completed for over 2 months now.
