Review: Purchased a new heating and air conditioning system from them at the cost of 6850.00 in July of 2014. At time of installation was told they would be back in 2 weeks to check on me and to bring my a lifetime filter. After numerous phone calls to them I have gotten every excuse in the book for not getting the filter. They sent a guy out to check my system as they insisted it was dropped off at my home. Upon opening the system there was no filter! Person measured for a filter and left with hardly speaking. I was made to feel like I was lying about it! It is now the end of November and I still don't have a filter. Went to their store and was told again someone would drop it off and again they did not keep their promise. I'm done!!!! Consumers Beware of this business!Desired Settlement: I want my lifetime filter that I paid for!

Review: We hired TJ's Heating and Cooling, LLC in November of 2010, to install an air conditioning unit, a furnace, and duct work in our home. We happened to be in Mexico while the job was completed. When we returned, the house was a mess, and the furnace didn't work, but they accepted full payment from a family member saying the job was complete. Three days later, they came back to finish the job. That was the beginning of three and a half years of problems with this company. They have been to our house on several occasions,at least once or more per season. The owner himself has come to our house to service both the furnace and the air conditioner.They have never apologized for any of their work, and have turned things around to be our fault. The owner even said to me "you know hot air rises, right." The most recent issue April 2014 was with our air conditioner. We consulted two other companies, because we wanted to get some clarity on why we continue to have problems. Both of the companies told us that soft solder was used on our air conditioner, when a braised solder should be used. I contacted TJ's and the owner refused to speak to me, but instead sent a letter in response. In their letter they stated that they have never been back to our house since installation.I honestly cannot believe they would be so bold to say that. My family members have had to come home early from work when I was unable to be there for an appointment. We have had to leave our home because the furnace wasn't working. Prior to this most recent issue they were at our house fixing the furnace the winter of 2013 into 2014. Because they refuse to speak to us, we have now paid another company $700 to fix this problem.Desired Settlement: TJ's Heating and Cooling, LLC should be responsible for the repair cost of $700. I attempted to contact them so they could fix it on their own, but since they refused to speak with me, I was forced to hire another company.

Asked for replacement furnance. Tom came out and estimated price. Had it up and running on Saturday that week as promised. No issues. As promised.
