THE ARBORVITAES ARE ONLY WARANTEED UNTIL GERMINATION. THROUGH SUPPLIER TJS OFFERED TO REPLACE TREES FREE OF LABOR CHARGE AS LONG AS HOMEOWNER BOUGHT NEW ARBORVITAES THAT WERE PLANTED MONTHS PRIOR TO THE COMPLAINT
