Review: I was on an out of town road trip and developed handling problems with my motorcycle due to worn tires. I purchased new tires and contacted TJ's Motorsports at the suggestion of the Cycle Gear store where a I got the tires. The guy came in to start the tire change on both wheels. He said he was familiar with BMW motorcycles and had done them before. Unbeknownst to me, he broke the tire pressure monitoring unit on the front tire (replaced it with a non-TPM valve stem) and caused cosmetic damage/gouging on the rear wheel which cannot be corrected without repainting or replacing the wheel. None of this was disclosed. I was not aware of these issues until I had continued on my road trip and I did not pass back through Redding again. I contacted the owner ( I believe) and told him the tire pressure monitoring valve stem repair was over $300 and that there was damage to the rear wheel. This bike was less than 1 year old and had never had the wheels off. I was told the damage was due by the repair guy. He sent me $50 and then ceased contact. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact this shop to get compensation for the damage they caused, but to no avail. The repair guy admitted to me responsibility but claimed hardship and his boss wouldn't pay either. I don't have the interest in filing a small claim action against this business because I live 300 miles from there.Desired Settlement: I would like to be credited ($250)for the cost of the repair which I had performed to replace the broken sensor on the front wheel. To date, I received just $50. I have accepted that there really isn't a reasonable way to arrive at a solution for the gouges on the rear wheel.

This shop is the worst I have ever had to deal with . I ordered a seat for my bike on 7/16/14 today is 10/8/13 so in all its been 3 months and no seat . When I call or go to the shop and ask where my seat is I get the same lame story next week. I asked to cancel the order they got worse and more excuses. I will never go there again . I advise you don't go there also.
