For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1- The company accepts that their employees were at my house for 1 hour and 35 minutes. Out of this, 15 to 20 minutes were spent to fix their initial mistake on the bill; and it cannot count for their labor time, and must be omitted. The total time comes down to 1 hour and 20 minutes, or 1 hour and 15 minutes. The company charged me for two hours. This is unacceptable. I must be refunded (at least) the amount of 40 minutes; which amounts to $166.6. 2- The company's so-far passive aggressive attitude is not appreciated.Regards,[redacted]

our issue.They came today and checked the heater and have written up a service agreement to repair the issues we are havingin full, at no cost to us. The repair date is scheduled for November 26, 2015. the agreement was signed by both thecompany and myself.we are totally satisfied with their handling of this complaint. We also really appreciate your help with this issue.we would like to close or cancel this complaint and ask that this not bea mark on their record. thank you very much,[redacted]

am responding to Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] from Bryan T Sleight from
09/24/2015.
[redacted] has filed a complaint regarding water line work performed by TJs
Plumbing & Heating Inc on April 24, 2015.
On
April 23, 2015 [redacted] was provided with an estimate to replace galvanized water lines in the basement with PEX water lines.
[redacted] agreed and signed the estimate, capital improvement form, and NYS
contract.
The
work was performed on April 24, 2015 as described on the estimate. On April 28, 2015 TJ’s Plumbing & Heating
Inc did return at the customer’s request, at no charge, to reroute the new
water lines that ran along the floor to overhead along the floor joists and
secured the pipes.
[redacted] is requesting us to come back and replace every water line which was
not part of the original estimate.
TJ’s
Plumbing & Heating did perform the work in a timely manner and as proposed
by the signed estimate.

please find copies of the estimate, NYS Contract, and invoices showing all work
performed.
If
there is anything else we can do to bring this complaint to a close please do
