TJS Properties, Inc.

I hired Tjs Properties to rent my home. After numerous problems with this company not getting back in contact returning calls, answering questions of my tenants, etc. Tenants living in my home were supposed to pay a pet deposit, [redacted] said they had done so. Tjs Properties never collected a pet deposit from the tenants that currently reside in my home. They have lived there now 1 year this month. After numerous issues with poor customer service issues I fired the company and hired a new management company for my home. Since then, the new company has discovered that my pantry door was removed from my home by a company employee of Tjs Properties and was never returned. My tenants also stated that they never received the 2 garage remotes to use the garage door. When I gave Tjs my keys to my properties I also gave them my garage remotes. The new company handling my home has made several attempts at getting the pantry door and finding out about my garage remotes and [redacted] will not give any straight answers regarding these matters. This is regarding my home located at [redacted] NC XXXXXProduct_Or_Service: Pantry Door/ Garage RemotesDesired SettlementI would like my pantry door to be replaced and I want my 2 garage door remotes back for the home or Tjs Properties should pay to replace them. I also hope they receive a negative score for their management because the customer service is extremely poor and the business should be closed or new management should take it over.(In my opinion)
