RayLee representatives have visited this home to inspect shelving and in collaboration with our trade partner who supplies this product, deemed all shelves appropriately installed. Mrs. [redacted] has admitted to placing more weight on these shelves than they are built to bare. Even so, RayLee offered to rehang the shelves free of charge.
