Revdex.com,I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintFor your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I understand completely that I bought it "as is", but the fact that it never went through their shop before they sold it to me is the problemI wouldn't of had to put in nearly $2,into it in the first month of having it if they had taken a look at it in the shop before selling it to meYes, they sent it to George Gee and paid for only one thing to get fixed, not the entire issue like they had saidThey also told George Gee not to contact me at all when they find out what the problem isThey told me to drive it to their dealership and that they would take it out to Liberty Lake, I did that and the guy said that I was wrong and I had to drive it out to Liberty Lake and have it brake down on me while drivingI no longer want anything to do with this, I got my car up and running, it's done and over withAll I want is for every other consumer to know how shady and terrible this car dealership isRegards,*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I was shown a receipt for the engine in the car that showed it was purchased by tk auto sales all the numbers on the motor in this car match the receipt proving that they installed a completely different motor out of a completely different car. when asked about it they completely denied ever doing so. since day one this car has been plagued with issues due to the motor swap all I want is this to be made right whether its a refund or swap me out for another car I went on good faith that this lot would be honest and upfront about the car they were selling all I want is this to be made right. the receipt can be proved thru a local wrecking yard which ties it back to this lot. the receipt and motor match.Sincerely,[redacted]

We spend $1,195.44 in parts and labour to make the customer happy. It was sold to [redacted].With no promise of doing anything. She signed three pieces of paper of buying the vehicle as is.

just wanted to keep our customer happy and spend over one thousand dollars after it was sold and it was sold as is with no promise. I have no idea why she is mad. [redacted]

We did not put a different engine in it. We have bought it like that. Had no knowledge of it. She test drove and loved the car.

re: [redacted]
complaint ID: [redacted]
Dear Revdex.com,We appreciate the inquiry regarding the above referenced ID complaint.
The vehicle was sold as-is with no warranty, and no implied warranty was given. Any warranty orguarantee is always in writing.
The...

customer was allowed a test drive, and rights to an independent mechanic inspection. Duediligence is always up to the customer to perform. The customer took a test drive and accepted thecondition of the vehicle in question without complaint. A used vehicle can and may have issues as timeand mileage are added, to which we cannot be held liable. We cannot be responsible for such issues, and that is the reason we have them sign as-is, no warranty and the no implied warranty. The customerwas informed the vehicle had just come in .Thank you,TK AUTO SALES

I would like to publicly thank TK Auto for the fantastic customer service in my recent purchase of a 2001 Jeep Cherokee. I love the vehicle and with one exception it was just about perfect. That one exception was addressed and fixed faster than I could complain about it. I guess I'm a little weary of used car people so I jumped the gun thinking they were not going to make their prommises good. Rest assured the owner and the sales person (manager at the Sprauge lot) are quick to respond to fulfill their promises. They, further were very easy to negotiate with. I am so happy with the deal I made with them. This is my way of apologizing to them for having that initial doubt. They were not like other used car sales people that I've experienced in my past. I will go back to them again when I'm in the marked for another used car. Again, thanks for a great experience.

This company has questionable morals and terrible customer values. I purchased a vehicle from them in the spring of 2014, never missed a payment and when I went to pay the vehicle off they claimed I owed a thousand more than the contract. I asked for a itemized printout which took them two days. The printout showed two payments missed. When I provided my receipts they claimed the computer was right and my paper receipts were wrong. They were abrupt and incredibly rude. Mark in particular became quite mouthy and insulting, cutting my husband and I off when attempting to resolve the issue. They do not return calls and once the contract is signed they don't care about the customer. I heard a man call in while we were there, his car broke down the day he drove it off the lot. Mark told him 'that's tough luck, call a tow truck.' When the man tried to ask what TK auto would do to help, Mark hung up.
Terrible people. I will never deal with them again.

I bought a nissan from TK and it was a disaster. I asked multiple tiime before buying the car of its condition. I told them I had to comute back and forth from ND and a
had to be sure I would be good on my drive. I knew before buying the car about the transfer case being bad and brought it in the next day to be fixed. while there they were supposed to fix the no heat problem since I am going into -40 below weather. they told me the radiator needed to be burped. I had heat till I got to montana. the service engine light comes on half way thru montana and when I get to my destination it sat in a shop there for both cam censors and ignition switch are out.again I called TK auto and they say they will see what they can do. I take time off from work and get back home having the car shipped back and again call car lot about the heat. they tell me im sorry to hear that and try to call it good. I call the other place and talk to the other person that did paper work on the sale and he ofered a choice of two cars to swap then he says he dont want to deal with me. they also havent done anything about the list of things that were on the contract. they washed there hands of me the day the loan went thru and got there money. now im the one that has to take time off of work to get a layer for problems iv had since the 2nd day I had this car.

Review: On January 11, 2014 I purchased a 2001 Jeep Cherokee from TK Auto Sales. My offer was $4,500 "out the door" When the sales person figured in tax and license etc. he came up with a figure of $4,526.50 cents and he said (in writing) that TK Auto Sales would fix the lights and turn signal. So I agreed to pay the extra $26.50 for the Jeep. They were to fix the lights and turn sigal befor I picked up the car. I finally got word on February 4th that the lights and turn sigal where fixed and that it was ready for pick up. I arrived to pick up the car on Fubruary 11, and the lights and turn sigal were not fixed. I refused to accept the car and tried again to contact the owner. I was told: "..he is not in." "...dont know how to get in contact with him." "...dont know when he will be in." "... he comes and goes." So, here I am asking for help.Desired Settlement: First choice: Fix the lights and turn signal.Second choice: refund the $26.50 I paid to have them fixed.Third choice: refund all of my money; $4,526.50

Review: I recently (4 months ago) became a widow at 31 yrs old and a single mother of an 11 yr old and a 9 yer old and needed a dependable 4 wheel drive for me and my kids.I bought a 97 Chevy Tahoe on Feb. 21, 2013 from TK Auto Sales in Spokane, WA and was told by [redacted] that their mechanics do thorough checks on all their vehicles and that there wasnt anything wrong with this one besides it needed a new rear window switch. The heater quit working on my way over to Spokane, I live in Republic which is 3 hours away. They didnt order the part on the day agreed so I had to stay in a motel so they could fix it the next day, and pay them to fix the heater in the middle of winter. The battery in it didn't have enough cold cranking amps so I had to buy a new battery. Then it wouldn't start. Had it towed to a local mechanic and the gas tank and fuel pump is out of a 95 Tahoe. I called the owner this morning and was explaining the issues I've had and he told me, "too bad!" and hung up on me. I have only had this truck for a little over 2 months and already over $700 in repairs. I am very unhappy with the vehicle they sold me, unhappy with their repair service, and extrememly unhappy with the owner of the company for his customer service skills. I am on a limited income, being a single mom now, along with paying off funeral expenses for my husband. I wish there were still good people out there but you sure won't find them at TK Auto.Desired Settlement: I would like them to stand behind their word and pay for the repairs that should have been done if their mechanic thoroughly checked the vehicle like I was told he did.

Response:

We fixed what we promised at the time vehicle was sold. There was no issue with fuel pump she drove it back and forth from Republic. We fixed the heater as we promised all vehicles are sold as is. (but we fixed the heater as promised.

We did not promise about the heater. It was only for window regulator. It shows in the paperwork in writing. We sold the vehicle for $2599 when it was listed priol was $3595. Nothing was promish. All the work and as is was sing by the buyer. If we promise anything it is in writing as is shown in the paper work. we have done everything to satisfy the customer. sold it cheap and took care of window regulator.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9529496, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

They wrote to you stating that they fixed the heater as promised. But they didn't promise to fix the heater. We agreed upon the sale of the vehicle that they would fix the rear window switch on Feb. 28th 2013, because I would be in Spokane that day for my daughter [redacted]'s oral surgery at [redacted] of Spokane. When I showed up there on 2/28/2013 I was told that they forgot to order the switch and that they wouldn't be able to do it until the next day (3/1/2013). I did not have time to drive 3 hours home to Republic, WA that afternoon then back to Spokane the following morning so I ended up staying the night at [redacted]. My heater quit working on the way to Spokane on 2/28/2013, and I paid TK Auto to fix that. I have attatched all reciepts for the new battery and the new fuel pump with labor, the reciept for the heater part I had to pay for, a bank statement showing the room rental at [redacted], and the paperwork from TK Auto regarding the rear window switch not the heater which they claimed. I would like to be reimbursed for all.Thank you.[redacted]

Regards,

After I bought a car and five things went wrong within three months. I wa s told by the manager to bad. He said they don't gurannetee the cars ten minutes after driving away and laughed. Don't ever go here. Some one from another country owns this and barely speaks English
