We are answering the complaint filed by [redacted] .We first heard this complaint weeks ago.We are servicing the complaint 5/18/2016,On our contract service work is always handeled within weeks.It has rained a lot of these days and we have to have it dry for hours.We were out there weeks ago on a different matter,and did not hear anything about this.It will be done tomorrow.Scott our master carpenter will take care of Thanks Tpm K
