Tom who runs TK Improvements did work for us, while the quality was good, it took many many texts to get him to show up, and he never did complete the job He has been arrested for ripping off someone else and spending that money gambling When I called the Waukesha detective to report him also, he suggested I submit a customer review here so others are not scammed by him also I was not the only person to come forward after the arrest was reported on our local news Hope you get what you deserve Tom
Based in part upon Revdex.com's A+ review for this contractor, I hired Tom K***-TK Improvements to do exterior work on my home After giving him $11,in deposits, he showed up for approximately half days of work After not showing up for weeks after that, I've filed Theft by Contractor charges against him He should be arrested today I guess that the criminal justice system will ultimately resolve thisThanks Revdex.com for your great review It sure helped!
TK Improvements did an excellent job reroofing my houseThey torn off layers of roofingYes layersThey had to repair lots of rotten wood and it turned out excellentI am very pleased with the finished product and highly recommend them to anyoneThanks Tom

The glass was already ordered for the door before she said she didn't want to fix it. I am willing to give her the door back with the broken glass and she can either pick the door up or I can drop it off.
