My name is [redacted] , I am with T&K rv sales in Eldorado OK. I received a letter of complaint from a [redacted] complaint ID number is [redacted] . The [redacted] s are complaining about a travel trailer purchased from T&K rv sales back in January 2017. They purchased a 2007... Cari-lite 5th wheel with 5 slides blue book of $45000 for the cost of $20,500 delivery included. T&K is a wholesale dealership that sells everything at a reduced price 50-70% below market value. The [redacted] 's came out to T&K looking for a big nice rv with multiple slide outs for the very least amount of money. They didn't want to pay·, no where near book value or what the unit was priced at which was $25,000 . They offered 18k at first, the [redacted] 's and T&K finally agreed to $20,500 with delivery to there property included. We went through everything with them including hooking it up to water and electric so show them everything was in working order. They agreed to the rv and gave me a check for the amount of $20,500 but was informed we could not cash it until they collect on there insurance claim from there house. I also had them sign 3 papers of bill of sale, purchase agreement and as is no warranty form. She asked me to put on the purchase agreement that all the appliances work as she seen with her owneyes but wanted to make sure they would still work on delivery, I told herI don't usually do that but twill state that all the appliances do in fact work and they do. I also had them read over the papers before signing agreeing that once they purchase this rv that they may want to put insurance on the unit as I don't cover any damages that may happen on delivery if there was something that was to happen and agreeing to buying without a warranty and buying as is. These papers was signed in December 2016. I get a phone call from the [redacted] 's telling me there just going to bring me cash and I was to hand back the check they had giving. They came back and paid for the rv in cash the full $20,500 and then asked about the decor inside the rv, I laughed and told them none of my decorations go with any of my units because that's what I use for staging, they were fine with that and understood. The day of deliver in January my puller dropped off the [redacted] 's rv to them as they requested, a couple days later I receive a phone call complaining about the decorations not being in the rv, I told them once again that mydecorations don't go with any of my rvs because I use those for staging. Ms. [redacted] was not happy and said she will find out what her husband wants to do about it. Her husband then calls me complaining about the decorations not being inside the rv, I explained once again about the decor to him, they was really upset about the decorations such as through rugs and vases with flowers we use for decoration in all of our rvs and cannot let the decor go with the rvs or I would have nothing to use to decoratethem.About a week or so later after that I receive another call from them complaining about the decorations againalong with as they saywater lines thatgot busted fromthe weather and a power convertor. I explained to them againabout the decorations and then explained that ifthey leftwater in thelines then yes pipes willbust when its freezing outside but againthat wasn't something we did to them, thatwas a fault on thereend. Then they start tellingabout the power converter and how it was missinglooked like thewires was cutand someone tookit and that they have to get one for it. I told them im sorry to hear that and even though its not T&K's responsablility that I couldsee what I could do and help them out but had to wait till myhusband made it homefrom colorado beforeI could try to helpthem out a litt le. Theycall back againand complain again aboutthe same things,I gain told them my husband wasn'thome that he is gone on a family emergency that I will have him call as soon as he gets back. They got mad and demanded me to pay them for a convertor so I told them I didn't have a problem helping them out and sending thema convertor but they didn't want that either, they wanted me to send them money not parts, I can not do that I explained to them. They got upsetand didn't replyback. Afewdays later I receive a hand writen receipt for a power converter and labor for the amount higher then $450.00, I ask them what this is about and they said I need to reamburse them in this amount for a power converter. I told the [redacted] 's that I did not have to send them any money and that the man if receipt was real over charged them alomost by 50% and that I was going to send them a converter but they did not want that. I cannot send them money like they want me to do over something that's not our fault but did offer to help them by telling them I would send them a power converter . I can only help someone in parts but I cant send folk money every time they want it. They then got off the phone with me and a few days later they put an add of craigslist slandering my company and telling folks not to buy from me and putting adds on there on a trailer I had for sale telling folks not to buy it. I reached out and asked them why they did that and there reply was until we receive the 450.00 dollars these adds will be posted everyday and will not be deleted tillI do what they say. I told them !,don't do business that way and would appreciate it if they took those adds down. They refused to do such until we pay them to do so. That was the last conversation I have had with the [redacted] opon receiving this letter of complaint.

I am rejecting this response because: The response from *** Willis is based on lie after lie Yes, we did visit her lot on December 31, 2016, however, we went with the intent on purchasing a travel trailer if it was what we were looking for *** and her husband are the ones that priced the trailer to us for $23, We counter-offered with a price of $18, *** came back with a price of $21,and we again countered at $20, She declined and we left the lot but called back and offered $20, It was late on a Saturday afternoon/evening when we were at her lot looking at the travel trailers that she had for sale The one we were looking at was down on the end of her lot Temperatures that day were very cold and we asked if they would guarantee that everything worked *** stated they had checked the trailer out and everything worked but since it was down on the lot/grass they could not hook it up and show us that the water/electricity worked Once the deal was made, I wrote *** a check and asked her to hold it until Tuesday to deposit it since we were waiting on a check from our insurance company She said that was fine In the mean time she would have her husband pull the trailer up to the building and hook everything up to ensure it all worked I called *** on Tuesday and told her I still had not heard from our insurance but would let her know as soon as I did Once we were notified the check was ready, I called *** and she stated that she would have to wait until the check cleared before they would deliver it We decided to take the cash down to her so we could get it delivered earlier Once we got down to the lot, she whited out that we wrote her a check and changed it to paid cash At that time, I asked her if she would write on the contract that they knew everything worked, and she did However, once we got it delivered and hooked up, we found all those things wrong with it They DID NOT hook anything up while we were there looking at itAs stated in the original complaint, we could have asked for all the repairs but instead just asked for the price of the converter Upon talking to ***, asking to be re-imbursed for the converter, at no time during the conversation did she offer to send us a converter or anything She stated she would have her husband call us I guess she did not understand we needed something to live in and did not have time to wait on her We had to do the repairs and install a converter so we could move into the trailerI did post ads on craigslist letting people know they should not purchase from T&K RV sales I have sent pics of the cut wires where the converter should have been and the receipt where we paid for it to *** Once it is re-imbursed, I will gladly remove all posts and let people know she took care of it
