Please find attached emails that Mrs [redacted] and her husband sent us, and the emails that we sent to them We informed Mrs [redacted] prior to her sending a deposit that we do not ship our puppies In lieu of shipping, we meet our customers halfway for a nominal cost We offered to meet Mrs [redacted] halfway for a fee of $as we are in Moody, Texas and she is in Tennessee Mrs [redacted] asked us if we could meet her husband in Dallas and we said that we would We were not going to charge her for this since it is not overly far from Moody One of the reasons that we do not ship our puppies is that if a puppy becomes stressed they could have a hypoglycemic attack and we know what to do in a case like this We can also keep our puppies happy and calm during the trip Our website tksyorkies.com clearly states that deposits are non-refundableWhile we have a puppy on deposit, this means that this puppy cannot be sold to anyone else; therefore, we could potentially lose sales during this process We are very much aware of many of the problems that Yorkshire Terrier’s may encounter All of our dogs are fully vetted We have a vet who has raised Yorkies in the past and we have the utmost confidence in his ability The reason we did not know about the medical condition that Mrs [redacted] asked us about is that she used the technical terminology Our vet checks to make sure that the puppy’s soft spot is closed when they go in for their weeks vaccination Mrs [redacted] asked for our vets name and number and we supplied her with that information during the call As far as references, we are fairly new hobby breeders ( years) and our first litter yielded one puppy, which we kept This is our first litter to sale; therefore, we have no references at this time to supply with the exception of our vet We do have another customer who is picking up his puppy next week and he is very excited We have communicated with Mrs [redacted] ’s husband and they have agreed to have us bring the puppy to Tennessee for a $transport fee We will be taking them their puppy next Friday Her husband was supposed to send this money today Mrs [redacted] ’s husband has said the complaints to ripoff.com and Revdex.com will be removed after we have delivered the puppy Unfortunately, during the next week people will still see the complaints and the damage will be done We definitely are not running a scam business; we love our Yorkies and want others to experience the joy of owning one of the sweetest pups in the dog kingdom
