TKO Concrete Services

Mr. M K was contracted to do a concrete work in front of my house, however we were very specific and told him not to come to close to the sideway due to the septic tank is there, however when the truck guy came from SRM cement company my husband told the guy one more time not to come to close and even showed Mr. M and also to the truck guy where the septic tank was, we left for work and one of his workers went to the truck guy and few minutes after the truck guy moved the truck forward and ran over the septic tank he kept moving the truck back and forth and don't know how they did not notice that the truck was sinking where the septic tank was I have proof of what happened even the mailbox had to be fixed because they also hit it when he was backing up, I Spoke with one of the managers of the cement company and he said that Mr. M responsible for the damages because they were a subcontractor and he signed they even told me to get a copy of the back if the ticket with his signature I have the truck number and some other information called my insurance company and they said the contractor has to pay for the damages which Mr. M does not want to be responsible for it it's been a weeks already and he has not sone anything yet we got an estimate and sent it to him but he does not want to file a claim with his insurance..I want the contractor to be responsible for and have the septic tank fixed.. thank you
