Unfortunately, I am in disagreement with TKO Custom Designs regarding responding to my emails in atimely manner. I have attached screenshot photos of our conversations. My company had toconstantly call and email TKO Custom Designs for a reply. For example, in our email exchanges, theowner said, “I will send you a spreadsheet tonight” on August 31 st . My company never received areply until we threaten to report TKO Custom Designs to the Revdex.com on September4 th . My company received a reply September 4 th but did not receive the spreadsheet document. Thegraphics on the t-shirts were crooked as acknowledged by the owner. TKO Custom Designs shouldhave inspected the t-shirts before the printing process. The t-shirts, by design, are double side seamedand not intended to be tubular. My company did not have extra t-shirt blanks for TKO Custom Designsto print. Therefore, TKO Custom Designs is held liable for the printing issue. [redacted] relinquishesliability once TKO Custom Designs prints on the t-shirt blank. In addition, TKO Custom Designsprepared the sublimation transfer but burned the first t-shirt. Therefore, the t-shirts were notreceptive to the sublimation process. Thus, my company, had to use traditional screen printing inplace of the sublimation process. In conclusion, TKO Custom Designs failed to properly inspect thet-shirts before the printing process. The result was crooked graphics. TKO Custom Designs was the lastcompany to alter the t-shirt blanks and now assumes liability for damages.

To whom It May Concern: On or about September 9, 2015,  I reviewed shirts with the client.  The majority of the shirts measured to be straight.  But when put on a person the bottom of the design did look like it was at an angle.  After seeing some of the shirts on, I agreed to...

take the shirts back and replace them at my cost. These are shirts that the customer has had for well over 30 days some over 60 days well past our standards but to do what was right I agreed to keep the shirts and fix new ones.  I was planning on working with the manufacturer on this because these V necks have side seams and are not tubular therefore when examining them I am finding that some of the shirts are warped, longer on one side than the other, some had stretched seams when sewn and some are just printed crooked which is our issue.  I will try to recover some of my loss through the company, some I could spray out the bottom line and reprint.  We also use mess up shirts in the store for screen cleaning, donate shirts to mission trips, and discount damaged etc.  There were approximately 48 of these shirts.  This company came to me because they were not happy with their last printer.  We are a reputable company and we did offer to fix it at our expense as I did here.  This client was well aware of the policies because we had two shirts that scorched on his second order, and when we showed them to him we explained the policy again.  So he was two short on it and knew it and I personally explained it to him.  Those two shirts went into the dollar box.  I am the only person with our company that handles issues such as this because I am the one with the most experience and I am also the owner of the company.  We always responded in a timely manner I have reviewed the emails and everything was responded too within 2 working days most in the same day.  If the shirts are not left in my possession for right of repair or recovery then I will not replace the shirts.  I told them I would reprint at no cost but not replace and reprint on Contract goods without right for repair or recovery.  Our policy is on our website and also posted on a banner in the store on the front counter with items not purchased in our store.  Plus we are adamant about telling customers about items not purchased in our store.  Reason being, some items shrink under the heat, change colors, etc.  This customer also ordered 100 sublimation shirts and TKO in good faith prepared the sublimation die transfer.  They brought the shirts in and the shirts could not be sublimated so we have 100 transfers ready for them now that we have had holding for over a year.  This is at a cost of $400.00.  In conclusion, I have made an offer to replace and they have turned it down.  I feel TKO is done with this situation.
