Attached are copies of the receiptsAs I mentioned, both my buckets on the latest date of cans and bottles were completely full, while the previous date they were about 1/fullI recently went to that recycling center a few days ago and now the scale is reading and not I would like for this complaint to go to the state because they need to know what TKO is doingI also reported that the scale person has taken recycles form other customers saying they don't take them, when they are clearly stamped with the CRV for California.

This customer came in to recycle bottles and cans. She complained that her weight was .3 lbs off of what it should have been. Our scales are marked at negative 6.3 lbs (-6.3) before the recycles are put on the scale because...

we use the same trash can for each weight taken, so that there is no dispute about the tare weight, then the recycles get dumped as soon as the weight is written down to get them in the big bin and out of the way. When the customer came to the window and started complaining, she was simply told that we as a company have NO reason to cheat her out of 50 cents and that we have over 200 customers everyday and she is the only one who has had a dispute. She started to call names and stated that "You shouldn't be allowed to have a baby you are a B[redacted]". Then the customer marched over to the employee who had weighed her recycles and began to verbally abuse him. She was asked to leave and not come back because she was harassing the employees, as they are only doing their jobs. She finally left after yelling and cursing at all the employees who were now standing and looking because she was causing a scene. We do not need this type of business as it causes extra stress on our employees. They do not come to work to be harassed or yelled at for doing their jobs. If she has a problem with the way things are done, she is more than welcome to go to a different recycler as there are plenty in the area.

Review: I RECYCLE CANS AND BOTTLES. I HAVE BEEN NOTICING THAT THE SCALE IS MARKED AT 7.3 BEFORE OUR RECYCLES ARE PLACED ON THE SCALE. I TRULY FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT REFUNDING THE PROPER AMOUNT TO THE CONSUMERS, THEY ARE CHEATING THE PUBLIC. I HAD AN ALTERCATION WITH THE SUPPOSED MANAGER REGARDING THE SAME PROBLEM AND SHE TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK, BECAUSE I WAS HARASSING HER WORKERS. SHE ALSO STATED THAT IF I CALLED I'D ONLY GET HER. I HAVE BEEN BACK THERE SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT A PROBLEM, AND TODAY IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN. I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN TWICE THE AMOUNT I RECEIVED. THE MANAGER WASN'T THERE, SHE COULD BE ON PREGNANCY LEAVE.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE THE PROPER PAYMENT AND ALSO TO HAVE THIS REPORTED TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, IRS, FRANCHISE TAX BOARD AND ALL OTHER AGENCYS IT SHOULD BE SENT FORTH TO

Attached are copies of the receipts. As I mentioned, both my buckets on the latest date of cans and bottles were completely full, while the previous date they were about 1/3 full. I recently went to that recycling center a few days ago and now the scale is reading 7.5 and not 7.3. I would like for this complaint to go to the state because they need to know what TKO is doing. I also reported that the scale person has taken recycles form other customers saying they don't take them, when they are clearly stamped with the CRV for California.
