The customer did sign up with us in OctoberAt that time they were told (and it is stated at the bottom of their invoice/receipt) that it takes a minimum of days to complete a project.This project has been completed and we are in production on it nowWe are anticipating shipping the shirts to

In April our company was contacted by TKO Sports to advertise on a local school's t shirtsWe were informed we would have our logo on the shirts as well as receive complimentary shirtsThis was to be completed prior to the school year starting August
To date (January 6, 2017) the shirts have never been printed and we have requested a refund of our $
We have been given the run around for several months and today the staff we have been talking with was simply flat out rude
We paid when they requestedThey did not make the product and will now not refund our moneyAccording to the staff person at TKO Sports "A measly $100" isn't really worth it

We don't know who you talked with at the school but we have attached the signed endorsement agreement that we have with Poudre to do the tshirts.It is signed by and we are working with [redacted] at the school. The shirts are now in production and will be going out to the school and the sponsors within the next 3 weeks.
