NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY please trying to save you the aggravationTook the man over months to finish connecting the water to the fridgeHe could not find the line in the back the fridge and made me call my warranty company who pulled it right out iof the back iof the fridge costig me more money for a job I payed this plumberWhen I asked him why he could not find the water line in the back of the fridge but the other guy could that I had to pay just to look at it only for him to still fix for when it was his job he had no reply but starting holding his anger backThis must have set him off as he can't take it when he is called on his stuffKept not showing up at least timesWhen I would call he would say he had other prioritiesI told him why did he not at least call me to tell me he was not coming as I lose entire days
staying home from work only to keep not showing up or not calling at allFinally he came today to finish…He left the fridge hanging out and when I went to tell him to put it back in and why the water was not still running he sped off and waved bye on purpose not stopping like SEE YA SUCKERHe ordered an Insta hot but it was the wrong color that we wanted as we asker Nickel to match the rest and he got Chrome..he said he thought it looked close enough, unbelievable ..He said he would reorder the right one..Today thinking he got the right one after all those weeks instead told me he was not re ordering and gave me back extra money I gave for the instahot and made me sign he was all done and he ran off not wanting to open his car door and sped off with a smirk and mocking wave…UNBELIEVABLE…Save yourself the aggravation and pay the extra money if it costs more to go with someone elseThe saying "You get what you pay for" really comes to light here
