TLC Construction, LLC is writing this letter to inform you that we have received the letter sent to us due to us not being able to get a WPI-for one of our clientsWe are wanting to inform you that we had a meeting with that client on Tuesday May 03, to let him know that we are willing to do whatever we need to do to get him a WPI-We also let him know that we did not build the foundation and that is why engineers that we had contacted were not willing to pass the inspectionOn Wednesday May 04,the Vice-President and office assistant of TLC Construction met the client at his home with an engineer to discuss what issues need to be addressed for the foundation and the structure in order to pass the inspection as well as the solutions we haveThe client took fully responsibility for the foundation and will be fixing that issue as we will fix the corrections of the structure asked by the new engineer we are working withWe will also be painting the patio for the client free of chargeIf you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact usThank you, TLC Construction, LLC

To whom it may concern I filed a complaint against TLC Construction a while back for failing to complete a written construction contract. The complaint show as closed, stating that I was not satisfied with there resolution. To my knowledge I wasn't offered an option to respond. We are wanting to inform you that we had a meeting with that client on Tuesday May 03, 2016 to let him know that we are willing to do...

whatever we need to do to get him a WPI-8. We also let him know that we did not build the foundation and that is why engineers that we had contacted were not willing to pass the inspection. On Wednesday May 04,2016 the Vice-President and office assistant of TLC Construction met the client at his home with an engineer to discuss what issues need to be addressed for the foundation and the structure in order to pass the inspection as well as the solutions we have. The client took fully responsibility for the foundation and will be fixing that issue as we will fix the corrections of the structure asked by the new engineer we are working with.
