T.l.c. Dry Cleaners

Review: I dropped off my little stained long coat to remove the stains at the drycleaners. The coat was partailly leathered. They charged $2 more than regular price because it with partially leathered was needed more work than regular. When I went there to pick it up, I found that the original stained almost disappeared but the coat had other stains which were spreaded from the leather by mistreating it without following the instruction mentioned on the coat. I complained that the new stains should be eliminated. The store clerk seemed to feel sorry and allowed me to leave the coat to retry to remove them again, and then she promised to call me after the care. However, She never call me for two weeks. So, I went there again to check how it was going but found that the stains still remained. I complained it and ask her what the store was going to do for the ruined coat. With my complaint, she told me to come back another time when the store manager would be in. When I got there again at the time the store manage is in, the clerk and the manager unpolitely and impudently watched me and the store clerk denied what she told before about mistreatment in front of the store manager. And then the manager just gave me the form of Application of International Textile Analysis Laboratory by telling me to send it to the address on the form at my own expense without saying sorry for my inconvenience and the ruined coat. They told me that they would reimburse if their fault would be proved by the laboratory. Their attitude was too rude and irresponsible for what they had done. It made me very angry. I asked both of them to say sorry for the inconvenience of me and the mistreatment for the coat. I told them if they say "sorry" to me, I would not ask their responsibility of wrong doing. However, they didn't so far.Desired Settlement: Both of them should appologize to me for the inconvenience and send my coat to International Textile Analysis Laboratory("ITAL") at their own cost to determine how much they should reimberse to me because they knew that the problem came from their mistreatment on the coat. And then, they should give me a gift card according to an appraised value by the ITAL.
