Review: I was contacted by phone on July 15, 2014 regarding an opportunity to generate income from advertising [redacted] products on my own personal website. The company identified itself as an [redacted] Associates affiliate. They said that they would build the website for me and it would cost a one time fee of $299 which would pay for itself within one month. They also said that I would receive ongoing support and coaching. They informed me that the charge would show up as [redacted] Associates on my statement. I gave my information. I then received an email from [redacted] requesting the same information to be paid to TLC Enterprises. I then received a phone call to submit the completed email and scheduled a phone call to meet my assigned coach, [redacted]. My coach did not call at the time or day that was scheduled. I scheduled a new date and time with his assistant and he still did not call. Then, I got a call from the website creator over a week from the date I actually paid. She wanted to go over the website with me. I still had not spoken with my coach. She ran through the website in five minutes. I asked for written instructions on how to operate the site, but said that I could call [redacted] at any time for website support or help with the site. After I realized that I had not been given information on how to receive payment, I called my coach and [redacted] for help. I called the [redacted] number. No response. I left multiple messages on both numbers on several days. I also sent an email to the [redacted] email address where I submitted payment. Today, I finally spoke with a person who said her name was [redacted]. She gave me another number to call that was supposed to reach a [redacted] at Business Strategies for Billing and Refunds. That number is [redacted]. Bottom line, I have a nonfunctional website with no support or any ability to get paid since I have not been given instructions on how to receive payment. Also, it has almost been a month.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund. Although I signed contracts, I have not received the service, product, or support that I was promised.
Review: On Aug. 15,2014, [redacted],(they wouldn't give me his last name) called me, knowing I had been looking for an @ home business. He told me I would be selling for [redacted]. There were different priced packages, and that I had 21 days to see if it worked, or if I liked it, but that he had never had anyone ask for their money back. I told him I was going away, and wouldn't be able to do anything with the web site until, the 2nd of Sept.. We actually talked for a long time. He even told me his parents did this to supplement their income, and was making an extra $2000. per month.I chose the $499. Pkg, and was told that I would have to sign some paper work. I then spoke to a woman [redacted], that said all I had to do was initial, 3 spots, then sign the bottom. We were talking as I was signing, I didn't read it, thinking what they had told me was true. On Sept. 2, I still had not heard from them, via phone or email. I had received in the mail a congratulations, my web site and log in info.I tried to access the web site several times with no prevail. I called and left a message @ 8am, no response. I called again 10:30 am on the 3rd, this time, I am saying that I am uncomfortable, and I just want my money back. At 2:45 I received 2 emails, again giving me the same web address, but with new log in info., I tried to get into the web site again, but still no prevail. Now I am calling a # that I had wrote down the day of this transaction. She basically said I signed the paper and there was nothing I could do. I had 3 days to cancel this transaction, with a written certified letter. I argued with her that this was a scam then, because I was told that I had 21 days to get my money back, she asked me who told me that, I said the gentleman I was talking too. She said [redacted], I said whats his last name, she said she didn't know. It didn't matter, I had signed the paper and it was a done deal. I said I should get my money back, and the man that scammed me should be fired. She kept saying there was nothing she could do.Desired Settlement: $499.00 back to my bank account
Review: I received a call from TLC Enterprises claiming to help with extra income from home building links with 3 companies, [redacted] Sounded legit, one time fee of $499.00, charged on my credit card, promised full time support with Senior Account Manager, Jeff [redacted], promised to get me over to my "personal Marketing Coach" - little time passed - calling the company back - they don't exist, there is no such business when I google it, the phone number is not working, BASICALLY - A SCAM :(( CREDIT CARD FRAUD PHONE FRAUD - YOU NAME IT. I called and disputed this charge with my credit card bank - hopefully all will work out. I am on here writing this complaint and hoping to save other people from this scamming company.Another person involved who is working as a scam artist with the same company is [redacted] at phone number [redacted] also in ArizonaDesired Settlement: I want my money back and I want these people out of fraudulent operation.
Review: I signed up on April 24, 2014, for $299 in a conversation with [redacted] to be trained to work on my computer to earn money by advertising Walmart and other companies. I was never trained. There were multiple phone conversations but for one reason or other the training has not taken place. Now when I call I always get a voice message that tells me the person I am calling is on the phone BUT I never get called back. The two numbers I call are [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $299 I was charged on April 24, 2014.
