I hired him to finish the work. It was included dry-walling the house. He got the money and did not start working immediately. The quality of his work was not what he promised. He was not showing up for work like he said he would. I talked with him and after, he started avoiding me. I told him to figure out a plan and call me. I had my property being watched by my neighbor. I could not get in touch with him. I threatened to sue him. His tools are still at the house. He was to refund the money to ***. I called them and they said they have not received it. He then lied and said he gave the money to my ex wife. When I called her, she has not received a check or anything. He refuses to provide any invoices. He has not. He claimed to have worked 70 in a week, and he did not. He has the check from Mortgage Company.
