Review: My wife phoned Mr. D[redacted] in March. We were in Florida and had just found out our daughter had Cancer. We knew we would not be back in [redacted] for some time. She requested he trim all perennials, lavender, grasses, spires. He said not to worry. We received a bill in Florida for $303.88 $142.00 for General Labor and Compost fee. ( 6 hours at $22 per hr)We thought this was for work requested. As we have done, I called his bookkeeper and paid by credit card.We returned home onMay 30. The work we paid for was Not Done. Plus the weeds were 2-3 ft tallI called Mr D[redacted] requesting he stop by to see for himself. He said he didn't have the time and if his help say they did it, they did it. I then told him we no longer need his servicesHe then sent a bill for June stating that on June 3 ( $17 for string weeds in beds on request. ) plus 3 cuttings. None of this work was doneI have told him we already have paid for work Not Done and refuse to continue doing so.Yesterday he sent a letter stating (If you do not pay your account, however,no other course is open to us. We will have to take the necessary steps to enforce collection.)We do not want to pay legal fees.Desired Settlement: We do not want to receive any more bills or threat of legal action.We paid for services not done and will not continue to pay for more services not done.
