I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Please see email from the property manager Tammy at the time I moved out. Per that e mail, I owed 1256.00 which is the amount paid. Once the money was paid via money order, I rcvd a collection letter for more than the amount originally told.  We have had several e mail exchanges ( I can forward or fax)  where the new property manager keeps adding additional fees and then adjusting some off?? Last e mail exchange (below) is still trying to get us to pay more than what we were told.
