Negligence and neglect is strong with this comapny
I have been working with tLC short term, I was shorted an hour Friday with no advanced explanation and no they have not and will not make it up. I plan my time as well as I can and so due to this I was unable to get food. I have been living on ice cream and popcorn since saturday. They call this morning saying they couldn't find anyone for me today knowing my worker was likely to be out. They didn't even start looking till this morning based on their wording. I am literally starving due to the negligence of this company. If you value your family go with anyone else you at least know they won't be starving. I'm also a vulnerable adult and passed this off to my case worker, he's forwarding a neglect complaint to the right departments.

I am a past client. The caregivers were very nice. The billing is very confusing and frequently incorrect. They will not return any money owed you and change the hours to accommodate the charges. They don't return the deposit whether requested or not. I would not recommend this agency.
