I believe TLC has left some holes in their claims and documentation in their response dated 12/23/to my complaint in which they continue to be attacking of me even though my letter and attachments prove I acted properly Jessica [redacted] is a secretary at TLC, who I do not believe can represent the company by signing a letter or emails on behalf of the owner(s) regarding my complaint I do not accept TLC’s reply signed by her Ibelieve a new letter must be sent with the owner’s signature on it to be legal I request TLC supply a copy of the fax they claim to have sent on 10/27/to their creditor I request proof in writing from their credit card company that they stated to TLC that I had not dropped the disputed charge when it was already paid by me I request a copy of the exact date of verification that TLC received the funds that were made available to them with my payment on 10/24/ I request TLC produce a copy of their license to operate in the state of WisconsinI request a retraction from an owner of TLC that my extensive efforts (fully documented in attachments with my complaint) are no longer viewed to be that of a thief, which is defamationof my character.Veronica K [redacted]
