This letter is in regards to our working relationship with TLC MANAGEMENT both as a renter for about two (2) years and later as an owner for seven (7) years
I moved to Yuma, Arizona back in to take over as General Manager for Country Roads Resort at which time I rented a wonderful home from Themis Cavanagh, owner of TLCI found her very professional, caring and able to work with my wife and meAfter about a couple years we purchased a Townhouse
After about five (5) years we needed to move to Northern California and because I was so impressed with TLC I gave our Townhouse to them to rent or lease out for usThis relationship went on for seven (7) year or till sale of this propertyThe couple of times there were problems, there staff was right on top of it
TLC Management provided us with exceptional service over the years and we highly recommend themIf we ever return to the Yuma area TLC Management will be my first call

I was an active duty service member aboard [redacted] Yuma while I resided in a condominium located in the Fortuna Foothills under the management of TLC from 2012 to 2014. My experience with [redacted] and [redacted] was very positive throughout the entirety of my stay. The staff at TLC was professional from the application process to the final walk-through at the end of my lease. They set clear standards and expectations from the beginning, and made sure that I understood the lease agreement to the best extent possible. This was important to me because the last thing I want as a tenant is to be held accountable to vague standards and have to possibly pay for my own interpretation of the standards. This was not the case with TLC; [redacted] informed me how to clean and treat my condominium at the end of my lease, and after closely following her guidance, I was able to maximize the return of my security deposit. I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in residing in Yuma, AZ.

We have had TLC Management represent us for our rental property for 3 years. They are professional and really care about the people they serve and their investments. Any problem that arises is handled immediatly and with professionalism. For the service they give compared to the fee they charge is unequal. Themis knows the law and abides 100% always being fair. There is no one else I would want to manage my property. Completely satisfied and highly recommend.
