When [redacted] called to request our services, I asked him to visit my website and he stated he had already been there, however I informed him about the 20% fuel charge, when we showed up that morning he called me about the fuel charge, leaving us with no other options, but to agree to charge him only 10% His previous address had a basement where most of his household items were, when he called me, he said that we had accidently charge him for stairs, and assure me that the house didnt have a 2nd floor I truly believe, we did an excellent job, moving his bedroom house, in that amount of time, without any incidents, like we usually do [redacted] [redacted]

The business obviously doesn't remember this transaction or choosing not to since none of what was said is true.  First of all a 15% not 10% fuel charge was agreed upon and is clearly written on the contract if they had even bothered to review the transaction, which they obviously did not.  Second of all the house we moved out of was a single level house which has been told to them countless times now and is clearly and easily verified by their workers and the [redacted].  We went over that before the job even started and the charge was removed and then re-added later without me knowing it.  Thirdly, I have text messages from the owner stating on many occasions that he was going to be sending me a check shortly, but there was always and excuse as to why it had not been sent yet - [redacted] was stuck in [redacted], they couldn't find the money order that they created for me, lost my address, etc...  it was always something different each time finally I got fed up with the excuses and realized they never intended to pay for their mistake at all.  Do the right thing for once and take care of your customer who you have already promised a refund to and stop playing around!

We used TLC Movers a year ago to move our household goods. Originally, we thought the move went okay but as we unpacked everything we noticed several valuable items missing. We contacted TLC by phone and explained our situation and waited for Jose to speak with his staff and get back to us. When he did call he said that nobody knew anything about any missing items. I inquired as to who his insurance company was so that I could file a claim and he informed me that TLC was not insured. Since then I have sent several emails requesting that TLC compensate me for our loss but to this date we have not received any further communication or reimbursement.

Jose and his team at TLC movers were great. On time and less expensive than other movers.

They even helped set up the furniture and hauled away a ton of boxes. Will use them again and would refer them to my friends

We recently engaged TLC Movers for two moves within one week- a fairly large move 250 miles away from Maricopa to Mohave County, AZ, and then a week later a local move from Maricopa to Chandler, AZ. Both moves were performed by energetic, cheerful, conscientious and reliable men. Furniture and other household goods were treated with respect and handled expertly and quickly. Fragile items were padded and wrapped, and the truck was efficiently and carefully packed. I would not hesitate to recommend TLC, and, (if moving can ever be pleasantly anticipated) look forward to working with TLC Movers again!

tlc movers are amazing; they're fast, focused methodical and experienced

(I've dealt with OTHER moving companies here in the east valley and

they're just young kids with a prolonged summer job and no real experience

they be on their phone or playing around looking at all your belongings trying to stretch my move thru the whole day, I don't have time for that ! anyways)

But with tlc I was able to experience a seasoned crew

that worked together to load their truck taking all my fragile items into consideration

they even helped me pack my kitchen belongings which I had never experienced before

another company in Gilbert quoted me 1400$ for my move which I have paid before but just seemed like too much!

I ended up paying 900$ with tlc! which I then had plenty of leftover to tip the movers

keep the prices low and and you guys will make it to the moon!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Jose and his team of movers. If you need movers that will take care of your things and work hard, these are the movers to hire! They have moved me twice, across states! They have also helped my mom move things in her house when she couldn't lift them herself. They did an amazing job and have the most positive attitude even in the worst heat of the summer! Thank you so much Jose I don't know what I would have done without your help and in such short notice!!

These guys are the best!!! Definitely use them for your move I won't regret it!

My experience with this guys was great, even though I had to do several stops, they didn't charge me for that, what I thought was gonna take the whole day, ended up taking only 8 hours, they showed up on time, they ate Burritos,while working and they were very helpful reassembling and setting up everything like we wanted it; I really recommend these guys for any moving services.

Excellent service and care in moving my household items. They were on time and courteous. TLC Movers fees were reasonable and their movers were professional. I highly recommend them.

I am flat out impressed with this moving company.

I got quotes from several different moving companies and their rates were significantly lower. They showed up right on time and ready to work. They were incredibly fast and efficient. I would also like to point out that this move took place on the hottest day of the summer at 2pm and my new place was on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

It was 121 out and they still were able to complete my move faster than what I was quoted. I would recommend this moving company to anyone and if I do move again I will not even bother looking for another company. [redacted] and [redacted] were fantastic. I would give them six stars if I could. Thanks again guys!

On October 20, 2014, I engaged the services of T.L.C. Movers to move my family to a 4 Bedroom home in the [redacted]. area. I knew the T.L.C. was an excellent company because I checked with the Revdex.com, but I can honestly say the T.L.C. Movers far exceeded my expectations!
The owner, [redacted], was very professional and eager to work around my busy schedule... plus he reviewed all to the charges with me in advance so I knew what to expect. The driver and crew were very professional and finished the move in less time than I expected. The total cost for the entire move was about half of what I was quoted from other moving companies in the area and there were NO HIDDEN CHARGES! After the move, [redacted] even followed-up with me to make sure that I received the quality of service that I was promised.
I would highly recommend T.L.C Movers to anyone who wants fast and reliable service at a fraction of the cost of other moving services!

These guys are the movers you want to select. They were on time, on budget, and even more beneficent than I could have ever hoped for.... They had great attitudes and took care of my furniture like it was their own. I would highly recommend them for your personal move, they will take good care of you. I would use no one else for my moves now and in the future.

I can't rave enough about [redacted] and his crew. Fine, I could but I don't have that kind of time. In short - HIRE THEM.

Due to some irresolvable issues I had with my friend, I decided that moving out as soon as possible was the best idea before things escalated. I searched [redacted] to find an affordable moving company, I saw a posting that said to call for a free quote, the guy on the phone never pressured me into anything and was very helpful in any questions I had. After a 5min phone call with him, he gave me a quote and also some knowledge of other moving companies and how they jack up the prices with hidden fees. He gave me all the fees up front. I decided to use them since he sounded sincer and also I'm a big supporter of small companies, due to I'm a small company owner as well. Move day came and they were so fast in moving! They took care of all my stuff and made sure all my property was secure. They took all the safety precautions. At the end of the day i'm glad I used tlc movers I will for sure use them in my future moves!

These guys are amazing! Easy to schedule the move, fees were reasonable and completely transparent. They showed up on time with a 3 man team for a 3BR move, never slowed down for a moment even when I was trying to offer them a break. Finished our move in 5 hours door to door from a 2 story house with very heavy furniture upstairs. Wrapped all valuables with care and they treated our items like it was theirs.
