Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint This is not true and nor has TLC Pet Transports ever refunded my money In fact Gale Lhas argued with [redacted] about refunding my moneyGale Lhas responded to [redacted] that she would like to keep at least a little of the money for herselfAdditionally, Gale contacted me Saturday morning again asking for additional moneyFollowing that phone call, Gale Ltexted me and threatened to return the dog to the shelterThe shelter hadn't even opened yet as it was now Saturday, and she was calling at 9:am stating she would return the dog At am when the shelter opened I called them and confirmed that no one from anywhere had ever picked up the dog Gale Lpretended to have the dog though she never did, and attempted to extort more money from me Following that refusal to give her more money, Gale Lsent me a text in which she stated that she will tell my employer what kind of person I am and that she hoped the dog was deadI have retained copies these messages and of everything and am also working with authorities on criminal aspects of this caseTo date Gale Lhas NEVER returned my money, though in her rambling dis-jointed prose she ultimately admits not providing the service for which she was contracted Regards, [redacted]
