I recently filed a dispute for a charge back for items that were never received. This company manipulated my receipts and lied to my credit card company regarding items that were supposed to be delivered NOT picked up. This took place over the phone. The person I was speaking to/who handled my request was extremely rude and did set my order to be picked up when the order was stated to be delivered. The customer service representative did not process my order correctly and caused me to be charged for an item that I never had the opportunity to use nor was received. I am contacting my lawyer to handle the rest of my issues with this business.

Billing Adjustment I need the funds allocated refunded in full or partial as I should not be charged for their employee's negligence.
On 08/04/17 Ms. *** placed an order for two linens that she would pick up on Saturday 08/05/17. Upon taking the order, we verbally reviewed our cancellation policy and also emailed her confirmation of the order which included our terms and conditions. Her order did not qualify for delivery, because we have a $100 minimum for delivery. Her total was $73.18.
On 08/05/17 the customer called and stated she would not be picking her order up, because she would not make it before we closed at 1pm. Our Sales Rep reminded her again at this time of our cancellation policy, and documented this conversation on the account on 08/05/17.
On 11/06/17 we received a chargeback advice from our merchant services. On 11/13/17 we sent documentation of the email, and the contract to our merchant services explaining the fee was a cancellation fee, along with a rebuttal of what caused this cancellation fee.Prior to the chargeback she never contacted us about a complaint. We contacted the customer to find out what her dispute was, and how we could resolve it. We offered a 50% refund which she declined. Then the customer stated she wanted 100% refund, and we can handle it with her bank, and hung up.
On 11/30/17 merchant services sent us a credit advice returning the funds to our account.
On 12/14/17 we received a phone call from her bank who agreed the charge was valid, and there was nothing they could do. The same day after not being satisfied with her bank agreeing that our charge was valid. She went online and posted negative reviews about us on the internet.
Our desire is for all of our customers to be happy with their experience at TLC Rents. We are happy to offer her a 50% refund if she removed the negative review(s) she posted on the internet. Thank you.

The review was a valid experience. For a company to ask a customer to remove what they've experienced in visiting or doing business with them makes me question their integrity. The comment says nothing about my un-satisfaction with anything doing with my bank and for you to ask me to lie about my experience, shows my point to be truth of how you lied to my bank, which is the cause of all this. I am a business owner as well and my business is ran on integrity. I don't make up false accusations, your employee over-talked me and hung up in my face and you all lied about the fact the item was not mentioned to be delivered, but indeed it was. I will not sell myself short nor jeopardize my integrity over $32.50.
