TLC Restoration, Inc.

Review: Once again I am filing a complaint against [redacted] from [redacted] and his crew. They are suppose to be handling the restoration of my property at [redacted] and instead of doing a professional job, they are making matters worse. I have had to go behind them to make sure they clean up their work area, they have no respect for my property and are treating it like it is garbage. Now today, I arrive home and my garage door is broken. It is off the hinges and it was left open and I was not informed of this problem. I immediately called [redacted] when I arrived home from work, and all he did was upset me more because now he is going to try to give me a patch job. The Garage door needs to be replaced. I spoke to your representative [redacted] at [redacted] and she apologized that I am having so many problems with their company, and will speak to the General Manager [redacted]. This is unacceptable and I will follow this up with the Revdex.com, and Consumer Affairs!Desired Settlement: I am requesting a replacement of my Garage Door that this company destroyed!!!!!!
