*** has given excellent service for MANY yearsI have recommended him to property owners and HOAsHowever, he keeps telling me he wants to retire and he keeps raising his prices unreasonablyI am EXTREMELY disappointed he now refuses service unless I am a monthly customer, or I sign on for services I do not needMy property is extremely low-maintenance and I do not have the amount of work or money he now wantsI offered additional money but he wouldn't negotiate
I have not found anyone to replace himNo one else seems to use granules for weed controlThis has caused EXTREME HARDSHIP, STRESS AND DISTRESS!
I no longer recommend him unless you don't mind price issues, billing issues/errors, inconsistency, unsureness, inexactness, lack of detail

I hired this company in MarchI have them in writing that they are the best and our grass will be the bestHowever they did a decent job the first visit but my pool is always filled with leaves and debris every time they came I had to go out and clean up all the leaves after they blew the backyard because there were still so many leaves laying around I asked *** to please make sure his guys did the details like clean up and I also asked him to have the guys cut the top of all the bushes , they were cut unevenHe responded "ok" They came March 28th and again the yard was untidy , but alittle betterOn April 6th we had our ft trees removed ( by another company) and I Texted him, which is how he responded the last time, and told him we needed a quote on planting palms where our huge trees used to be and to make sure the guys do detailed work when they come, treat it as if it were their yardI got no response, I emailed them times on April 7th and 10thI Texted him times on the same days and left messages with his answering serviceNo call, no email and no textHowever they did find time to send an invoiceThey never showed up to do our yard that was due last FridayI pre paid for service and requested a refund and still no wordthey disappeared off the face of the planetI hired a new company and told them the experience and will continue to pass this onHow can a business just disappear , no explanation , no communication? Very very unprofessional
