[redacted] has given excellent service for MANY years. I have recommended him to property owners and HOAs. However, he keeps telling me he wants to retire and he keeps raising his prices unreasonably. I am EXTREMELY disappointed he now refuses service unless I am a monthly customer, or I sign on for services I do not need. My property is extremely low-maintenance and I do not have the amount of work or money he now wants. I offered additional money but he wouldn't negotiate.
I have not found anyone to replace him. No one else seems to use granules for weed control. This has caused EXTREME HARDSHIP, STRESS AND DISTRESS!
I no longer recommend him unless you don't mind price issues, billing issues/errors, inconsistency, unsureness, inexactness, lack of detail.

I hired this company in March.. I have them in writing that they are the best and our grass will be the best. However they did a decent job the first visit but my pool is always filled with leaves and debris every time they came . I had to go out and clean up all the leaves after they blew the backyard because there were still so many leaves laying around. I asked [redacted] to please make sure his guys did the details like clean up and I also asked him to have the guys cut the top of all the bushes , they were cut uneven. He responded "ok". They came March 28th and again the yard was untidy , but alittle better. On April 6th we had our 100 ft trees removed ( by another company) and I Texted him, which is how he responded the last time, and told him we needed a quote on planting palms where our huge trees used to be and to make sure the guys do detailed work when they come, treat it as if it were their yard. I got no response, I emailed them 2 times on April 7th and 10th. I Texted him 2 times on the same days and left 3 messages with his answering service. No call, no email and no text. However they did find time to send an invoice. They never showed up to do our yard that was due last Friday. I pre paid for service and requested a refund and still no word.. they disappeared off the face of the planet. I hired a new company and told them the experience and will continue to pass this on. How can a business just disappear , no explanation , no communication. ? Very very unprofessional .
