The desired outcome requested form the consumer on her original complaint was to have the $6 removed and to not have any late fees assessed or be sent to collections.  Her balance is $0 and no late fees have been applied and will not be sent to collections as of 12/31/2017.

mouth.  Per our health department rules, a child with a fever and with spots (that looks like hand foot and mouth disease) is to be sent home.  Once the fever was gone and the child was cleared by the doctor, the child was free to come back.   Our policy is that parents pay for scheduled days, even if cancels occur.  The weekly fee for said week was $200.  For the age category of said child, the Center charges $200 per week or $42 per day if child attends less than a full week.  My director state and did compensate the said family 2 days and assessing only 3 days of the scheduled week.  This would be $126 for the week.  Comping the two days, was a gift.  With the $6 still on the books, she was directed to collect to close that account.  Clearly this is a misunderstanding.  We know the family took the $200 and split it into 5 days.  The actual amount owed on this account is $80.00.    I have personally paid the $6 to close this account.

I am rejecting this response because the owner states the actual account balance was $80? If my account balance was $80 why did the text I receive from TLC state the balance owed was $6? I have also attached a picture of the billing paperwork that was sent to me by TLC which also shows a balance of $6. I would like to clarify incorrect info. on the picture of the billing paperwork I received as well as info. provided by the owner. The week of August 7th-11th my child was scheduled for the full week, which per the policy I was provided with you pay for what is scheduled, on the morning of the 7th I received a call telling me my child was believed to have hand, foot, and mouth disease so I had to pick him up. I was told by a TLC staff member my child could not return until his spots were gone, on Friday August 11th I received a text from TLC telling me I was misinformed and my child could return as long as he did not have a fever, my child only had a fever on the 7th so had I not been misinformed he could have returned on the 8th, TLC stated I would be credited for 2 days since I was misinformed. The following week, August 14th-18th, my child was also scheduled for the entire week and he attended the entire week, five days. Per the picture of the billing paperwork I was provided by TLC they documented that my child only attended 3 days that week, that is not true, he attended all 5 days so it would appear TLC falsified the billing paperwork? I did receive a voicemail from the owner stating the issue has been resolved but I would like in writing stating that I don't have an outstanding balance with TLC. I would also like clarification from the owner as to why I was billed for 3 days August 14th-18th when my child was scheduled AND attended all 5 days that week. I would also like further clarification on what it means by saying they comped days for my child, nothing in the policy information I was provided says anything about comping days?
