TLE Construction Enterprises Inc.

[redacted], the owner of TLW Construction, Inc. came to my house to perform a roof inspection.
I agreed to give him half of the cost to have the report expedited within 24 hours.
I gave him half the money and went into my house to grab a piece of paper and
when I returned to my driveway [redacted] was gone along with my money. Now, the money involved is not a lot of money ($30); however, I am still taking the time to report him because he is a crook and should not be allowed to run his business. He may be bilking other people for large amounts of money...I do not yet know his strategy.
I never received my report and have not heard from him since that day even though
I have called him and emailed him multiple times requesting my money back. He has never replied.
This is not a case of poor workmanship; rather, this is outright theft and I do not want anyone in my community to be bilked by this man.
I also reported him to [redacted]'s [redacted] and of course [redacted] has the very same complaint with [redacted]'s list posted by someone else in my community.
If anyone else has had a negative encounter with the this man - PLEASE - take the time to file various complaints with the Department of Professional Regulation, the Revdex.com, [redacted]'s list, [redacted] (he has his company on FB), The [redacted] of [redacted] the legal system if appropriate, etc.
This man is a shiester and needs to be stopped.
