Thanks for helping me yesterdaySo here is my answer or response to my case ID# [redacted] in reference to [redacted] he has been a customer since 02/and has had several accounts in which he broke one tablet and we repaired which we should have charged him so we told him if it happed again he would be responsible for the repairs, a few weeks passed and he called and said he broke the tablet again so when he came in I charged him for the repairs and he just returned itHe also had two game systems which were infested with roaches and again we covered the first one and the second time told him we had to charge him and he just returned itA couple of months ago the pawn shop called and wanted to clear a TV for pawn when I checked the serial# it was on rent to [redacted] so I told the clerk to hold the TV because it is against our store policy to pawn any items that are not paid in full and he signed the rental agreementHe claims his wife took the wrong TV for pawnSo I told him he needed to come in to the store and I was going to counsel him and go over store policy for pawning any units that are not paid out and redeliver his TV back to himSeveral days later he called back and said he didn't want the TV any moreIf you have question please call me at [redacted] or E-mail me [redacted] , Dist MGR
