At the 8/8/HOA meeting for [redacted] , Andrew [redacted] , the son of PMI owner, told the HOA owners AGAIN (last time was months ago) that once the HOA Board stops doing their fiduciary duty as outlined in the HOA by-lines, that the statue of limitations means the Board no longer has to adhere to the HOA by-linesWhen owners attending argued that Andrew was wrong, Andrew backed offLater in the meeting, when told about holes in the building allowing rodents in, Andrew said the HOA would fix them if we exterminated firstHowever, the holes are why we have rodents (i.e., rats, squirrels, possums, etc.) in the wall so the HOA should pay for exterminationAndrew continued to insist that the HOA has the right to close the pool even though there is nothing wrong with the poolHeavy trash from other complexes continues to be thrown away at our complexMany residents are fearful of other residents who rent, and who have threatened themThere we many other owner complaints since the last meeting four months ago, and none of them have been looked into by AndrewAndrew said he thought the matters had been taken care ofWe can only assume Andrew thinks there a magical fairy taking care of HOA matters without PMI scheduling the work orders and ensuring that residents live in a safe environment
