I reject TLK's claim that I was not registered on the national do not call list previous to their call on Nov 18, to my home numberPlease see attached file "DNC Registry Confirmation" that verify's my number was registered on June 29, I never stated that the call came from their Phoenix locationI needed a TLK address to compete the Revdex.com complaint form and I found the Phoenix address on their website (http://www.tlkgroup.net/contact.htm)The call came from ( [redacted] (see attached file "Incoming Call From TLK")TLK's response is a subtle attempt to make it appear that I have my facts wrong in order to discredit my complaint and make it appear that they are following the letter of the lawHowever, if you do a google search on "( [redacted] ", you will see numerous complaints from people reporting unwanted calls from TLK

The TLK Group Phoenix Call Center location is an inbound only center, we only make call back calls upon the customer’s request so we have no explanation as to why Mr [redacted] received a call from usWe could not find a record within our system at the TLK Group Phoenix location to verify a call was made outbound to Mr [redacted] However at our corporate Telecom level they did indicate that a call to this number did terminate at our location, so we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have causedWe looked up Mr [redacted] Phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry and did not find that these numbers were registered and because Mr [redacted] indicated that he was registered we therefor did submit those numbers so that we would not call him by accidentIf there is anything else that we can do please let me knowThank you for bringing this to our attention and your understanding in this matter again we do apologize for the any inconvenience that this may have caused.Rod H***TLK Group Site Director [redacted] r [redacted]

Our Supervisor of OJT had accessed to the DNC registry and reported back that they didn't find that the customer as listed and we took initiative to register the numberIt is evident that they were indeed registered so perhaps there was human error involved but we have no reason to try to be decieving in such a matterAfter calling the number which was provided in the reply, which we didn't have in our first response it helped us identify the location which was Nashville center which makes more sense now as they are an outbound centerI will contact the Site Director there and make sure that he is aware of the need to make sure that the customers wishes to not be contacted are honoredThank you for your assistance in helping us to resolve the issue for youYou should be able to insure that there will be no further incidence of being contacted by TLK Group

Review: I sign up for a xfinity for cable and internet service yesterday (12/7/13), representative at [redacted] told me that since I have a [redacted] wireless services I may qualify for $10/month off towards my cable bill in his words "from our end you do qualify, at the end of the call I will transfer to [redacted] partnership personal and we will figure it our". At the end of the call to [redacted] the representative connected me to 3rd person, she identify herself as [redacted] partnership personal and said that I do qualify for $10/month discount and she will apply to my account. however computer was down and she asked me to call tomorrow she will put a note on my account that can be identify with my address. Next day I called, [redacted], however they say the information that agent gave was incorrect and they are not going to honor the statement. I asked to speak to supervisor, supervisor [redacted] told me the same thing. I asked [redacted] to listen to the call/conversation that I had with agent the day before, which she did, and acknowledge that the agent did say that I do qualify for $10/month discount, however [redacted] is not going to honor that because that is not true, either I have to buy a smart phone or tablet from [redacted] wireless. I said I do not need any of those, honor what your employee said to me yesterday. In the mean time I went and look for [redacted] partnership company on the internet but found nothing. I asked her who does she work for since I could not find any company that you stated that you work for, after asking multiple times she said that she work for TLK group in Virginia. That is a false representation as well as false information to a customer. I wasted my 3 hours time for run-around. I should be compensated for what I initially promised to me.Desired Settlement: $10/month discount towards my cable and internet bill as they stated initially.
