TLRS Auto Brokers

I bought a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta from TLRS that was advertised with no mechanical issues, but has major problems that TLRS knew about.
I bought a 2015 Volkswagen Jetta from TLRS. Despite the ad for the car saying that there are no mechanical problems, after driving it a few times, it started shifting poorly. After taking it to a mechanic, I learned that a used transmission (from a salvage yard) is in the car and needs to be rebuilt. The cost of repairs needed are more than we paid TLRS. Our mechanic said there is no way an auto broker did not know a used transmission is in the car.

Purchased a vehicle (2006 Ford Ranger) from an individual (***) identifying himself as part of this company. However, individual insisted he was selling the car as a private seller (even though he was a used car salesman). Went to register car and was informed that the car was owned by a Florida Used Car Lot and they would need to register or transfer car to *** to be sold. Returned to *** to have corrected and he took title. A month later, he put us in contact with another salesman (***), who took us to have the Title issue corrected. Attempted to again register the vehicle and was informed that the corrected title now showed the dealer (TLRS Auto Brokers) as the owner and as a dealer THEY must register the vehicle for the buyer. Contacted both *** and *** and simply cannot get the proper assistance to get vehicle registered. Vehicle was purchase nearly 4 months ago and remains unregistered due to the consistent run around provided by this business as well as being flat out ignored when contacting its associated staff. Not to mention that the vehicle is a lemon and had it been sold through the actual business, it would have been returned immediately after it was inspected as it has major mechanical issues, to include a needed transmission replacement.
